次の症状がある方、該当する点があるお客様は来店をお控えください。

 風邪の症状（くしゃみや咳が出る）がある方

 熱がある方。

 強いだるさ（倦怠感）や息苦しさがある方。

 咳、痰、または胸部に不快感のある方。

 強い味覚・嗅覚障害がある方。

 過去１４日以内に、政府から入国制限、入国後の観察期間を必要と発表されている 国・地域等への渡航者の方、並びに当渡航者との濃厚接触がある方

 過去 １４ 日以内に、新型コロナウイルス感染症のクラスター（集団感染）が発生 したとされる場所を訪れた方。

 同居家族や身近な知人に感染が疑われる方がいる方。

 その他新型コロナウイルス感染可能性の症状がある方。

 １週間前くらいまでにインフルエンザ・ノロウイルス等にかかっていた方。

また、糖尿病、心臓疾患、呼吸器疾患等の基礎疾患がある方、人工透析を受けている方、 免疫抑制剤や抗がん剤等を用いている方等については、

新型コロナウイルスに感染しま すと重症化の可能性があるため、

エステティックサロン来店の可否について必ず主治医 にご相談の上ご来店ください。

なお、地域の学校で学級（学校）閉鎖などが行われた際は、

乳幼児・学童・中学生及び高校 生の方を同伴されてのご来店はご遠慮ください
